The one that got away continued In last week’s My Week in Pictures I told you about some of the amazing wildlife I saw but didn’t manage to photograph.  This week Orkney Beef managed to top the lot by seeing killer whales.  Do not adjust your screens, you read that correctly.  He actually came home … More My Week in Pictures

Storm Doris A couple of years ago storms didn’t have names, they were just storms.  Now they have names and seem more dramatic. This week saw the arrival of Storm Doris, and I live in such an exposed area I could barely stand up to get to the car.  The waves were incredible and I … More My Week in Pictures

Personally, I think panic buying fruit and veg is a completely unnecessary overreaction so I concentrated on panic buying Prosecco and chocolate … More My Week in Pictures

My Week in Pictures

We’ve been building up to Christmas since about August.  At least that’s if the shops are anything to go by. A week ago we were busy ringing in 2017 and yet just one week later it feels much further away than a week or two. We managed to squeeze in one final party though and enjoyed more … More My Week in Pictures
